1. Who we are

This website is operated by Golden Ratio For Information Technology Network Services, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions about this notice can be sent to info@goldenratioit.com.

2. Information you choose to provide

The website may help you compose an email or open a WhatsApp conversation. Preparing a message does not send it. The website does not store contact-form submissions in a website database. You review and send the message through the email or messaging service you choose.

3. Website tools and browser storage

The guided tools Find repetitive work, Does this task need AI? and Find missed enquiries calculate results in your browser. Selected answers can be kept in session storage so you can return to them in the same browser session. Start again clears the saved answers for that tool. Browser settings can restrict this storage.

A result URL can contain selected answers after the # symbol. Anyone you share that URL with can read those answers. Review a result before sharing it and do not include confidential information.

3a. Website Check

Website Check is for professional or business use by adults aged 18 or older in Google’s supported regions. It checks a public homepage using Google PageSpeed in mobile and desktop modes. An isolated browser reads the homepage’s rendered text and page elements, records selected mobile and desktop views, and checks a small set of non-submitting interactions such as menu expansion and keyboard focus. Selected screenshots, bounded rendered text and element labels, measured technical findings and these browser observations are sent to Google Gemini through our paid project for an evidence-linked interpretation. We do not crawl the rest of the site or submit forms, purchases or account actions. Google does not use paid API content to improve its products, but may retain it temporarily for safety and legal purposes.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection signals to prevent automated abuse. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details of its processing. Our server reads public response headers and uses a hash derived from the verified visitor IP for short-lived usage limits. A country signal from Cloudflare controls submission eligibility; we do not collect a date of birth, visitor email or signup.

We keep the report, supporting evidence and private access grants for seven days from completion. Reusing a report does not extend its expiry. Anyone holding a report link can read it until expiry. The access token is removed from the visible address and is not saved in browser storage. Report pages contain no third-party scripts or analytics beacon.

Website Check does not automatically email reports or notify our team. If you choose email or WhatsApp contact, the website only prepares a draft; you review and send it yourself. Email drafts are addressed to info@goldenratioit.com.

Seven-day online expiry does not delete delivered emails, sent messages or data retained by Google, Cloudflare or email providers. Their retention periods differ; we do not promise seven-day deletion by those providers or of mailbox copies. Providers may process data internationally. Contact us with questions before submitting a homepage.

3b. Client meetings

Golden Ratio Meet is a separately hosted client-meeting service on our Helsinki server. It processes connection and meeting information needed to admit participants and relay audio and video. Camera and microphone use are controlled through the meeting page and your browser permissions. Recording and transcription are not enabled as part of our meeting service.

The meeting service displays its own privacy information. Operational logs and encrypted recovery backups have separate purposes and retention arrangements; ending a call does not delete those records. Recovery material is retained while needed for verified recovery and preservation. Ask us about the arrangements before sharing sensitive information in a meeting.

3c. Remote support

Remote support is available through support.goldenratioit.com. Windows temporary support and installed Mac support have different lifecycles. The Mac agent remains installed after a session; closing an installer or deleting a download does not remove it. Only install with the device owner’s permission, approve support you arranged and contact us for assisted removal.

The service processes device and connection information, support requests and operational events. A technician can see screen content and control input during authorised remote control. Terminal or file access requires the applicable permission. Close confidential material and never give a technician passwords or verification codes. Support-session recording is off.

Device records, operational logs and encrypted backups are separate from screen content. Removing a portal listing alone does not establish permanent revocation. The support help page explains the currently verified exit and removal steps and remaining limitations. Contact us before installation with questions about access, retained records or deletion.

4. Hosting and performance information

The website is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure and delivered through Cloudflare. These services handle connection and request information to deliver and protect the site.

The main site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page performance and visits; Website Check responses exclude this beacon. Cloudflare describes this analytics beacon as not using cookies or browser storage to collect its metrics. This statement concerns the analytics beacon, not every security feature or third-party service.

5. Why information may be used

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, understand a potential engagement, provide requested services, maintain business records, protect systems, and meet applicable legal obligations.

6. Sharing and international services

Hosting, website delivery, email and messaging involve service providers. When you choose email or WhatsApp, their own terms and privacy practices apply. These services may process information outside your country. Contact us if you need details about a proposed exchange of information before sending it.

7. Retention and security

For questions about the retention or deletion of correspondence you have sent us, contact Golden Ratio. Avoid sending sensitive information through an initial enquiry. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You may ask about the information Golden Ratio holds about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern by emailing info@goldenratioit.com. The response available will depend on applicable law and the circumstances.
